What Makes Autumn Leaves Special?

We know you want your loved one to be safe—but also enriched, active, and connected. That’s why our program here at Autumn Leaves is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body, and spirit.

Our guests enjoy a wide range of daily activities, led by our caring staff and passionate volunteers. We also partner with healthcare professionals to provide services on-site.

Services & Enrichment Include:

• Podiatry, occupational, and physical therapy

• Live music, pet therapy, and discussion groups

• Art, music, and movement therapy

Meals Made with Care:

A nutritious, delicious lunch is served daily provided by our partner agency, Second Helpings. We can accommodate most dietary requests.
